Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment into construction and development projects. You pool your capital with other investors and together you participate in real estate projects that would otherwise be difficult for an individual to access.

Through a digital platform, multiple investors place funds into a specific project. After construction is completed and the agreed milestones are met, the profit is distributed proportionally between all participants according to the size of their investment.

This model also allows people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects, such as apartment buildings, residential complexes, or renovations of existing buildings — increasingly important in the context of the development of Slovak cities and regions.

Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer only the privilege of large developers or investment funds — today, anyone who is interested can take part.
