Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Gaintrixy s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors and users of the gaintrixy.com platform in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.
1. Controller
The controller is Gaintrixy s. r. o., Pribinova 25, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 489 213, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 178932/B. Data Protection Officer (DPO): dpo@gaintrixy.com.
2. Data we process
We process identification data (first name, last name, date of birth), contact data (email, phone, address), identity verification data (document number, facial image under AML rules), payment data and platform activity data. For marketing we process only your name and email.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide investment services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations in AML/CFT and tax matters (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), to protect our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and for marketing purposes solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Identification and transactional data are retained for 10 years from the end of the business relationship under Act No. 297/2008 Coll. Marketing data are retained until consent is withdrawn, up to a maximum of 5 years.
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with payment services providers, auditors, our law firm, EU-based hosting partners, the National Bank of Slovakia and the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic. We do not transfer data outside of the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
